Voucher Terms and Conditions


Guests will need to email requests to vouchers@flymango.com of bookings to be cancelled. The following information must be included in the request:

  • Booking Reference Number
  • Guest Full Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Contact Number
  • Email Address


Vouchers to be issued in the Guest name and issued directly to the Guest via email.

Guest will have to use the same name when rebooking with the voucher.

Vouchers valid for 24 months from date of issue.

Vouchers can only be redeemed on the Mango website for future travel on Mango Airlines.

Booking to be cancelled and admin fees waived.

No Call Centre requests for voucher cancellations; only available via email.

Cancellation requests can take up to 7 working days to process.


Voucher Terms & Conditions:


1.    Voucher is valid for 24 months from the date of issue and must be used before the expiry date. Voucher cannot be re-instated or extended

2.    Voucher is non transferable and can be used on any Mango route

3.    Please be aware that any balance of the voucher will be forfeited.

4.    Vouchers can only be used via the Mango website.        

5.    Voucher can be used as part payment towards any future Mango flight

How To Book With A Voucher

You may proceed to make your booking via the Mango website and once you reach the payment screen, insert the voucher details in the applicable area (Mango Voucher). Please do not forget to press validate and the voucher amount will be deducted from the ticket total after which you will be requested to make payment for the balance. An additional voucher may also be used to pay any outstanding balances
